Internal Sales / Customer Account Management

EMEA Region

Pulborough

Salary £28 -£30k
Responsibility for several Customer Sales Accounts throughout EMEA Sales Region.

Responsible for maintaining sales and growing new business with existing Accounts. Collaborating and reporting on activities to the Regional Sales Managers, who are responsible for the region where Accounts reside.

Promoting sales of company's standard and custom products manufactured from all facilities.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on the sales contact database (Microsoft CRM)


Assign and distribute all EMEA CRM leads (auto generated from our website enquiries) to the relevant Regional Sales Manager or the Inside Sales Team in a timely manner.

Follow up and respond to assigned customer's enquiries in a timely, kind, and accurate manner. Qualify their request and depending on the request type, provide the needed information and support. Seek guidance from Regional Sales Manager and other colleague/department, to ensure timely accurate responses and quotations. Follow enquiries through to completion.


Preparation of costings for new and existing products and providing quotations to customers that ensure profitability and contract review for core and OEM products sales orders.

Provide support to the Sales Administration team, to ensure that new Customer Orders are accurately and completely defined on the MRP system, to ensure that we provide exactly what the customer has ordered or requires.

Become familiar with how the Company ERP system works, and how to enter customer purchase orders. To be able to run reports to check data and advise customers on Order Status.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
1 Industrial Business to Business Sales and Account Management experience, ideally with

experience in administrating enquiry handling, product specifying, costing, quoting and order.

2 Experience of working in an industrial manufacturing company environment.

4 Excellent organisations, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.

5 Ability to prioritise workload, and to work under pressure to provide what our customers value.

6 Proficient with the use of MS Office and Sales Contact Databases

7 Foreign language skills would be of benefit but not obligatory.


Salary:
£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
