Responsibilities:

Work closely with Senior team on pitches, strategic advice, IMs, business development etc and the management of client deliverables and analysis to include integrated financial models, financial analyses and business valuations (DCF, Trading and TransactionComparables)
Increasing business development engagement
Manage and mentor juniors

Skills and experience required:

Strong education and displaying high academic achievement
Strong background in Tech/TMT M&A and deals to illustrate your expertise
You will likely be in a credible bank, boutique or professonal services M&A team and seeking greater exposure and a better work/life balance
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Team player
