The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting AstraZeneca's respiratory brands to healthcare professionals in primary care.As an Omnichannel enabled representative, you will utilise a range of face to face and remote engagement tools to work with healthcare professionals, providing tailored support and helping them make important decisions which will ultimately improve patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities (but not limited to)-
- Meeting or exceeding sales and market share targets in your area for the brand/s you promote
- Delivering your call plan and any actions aligned to you in the local account plan
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers to be the partner of choice
- Maintaining high levels of clinical knowledge in your specialist therapy area and high levels of NHS knowledge to fully understand the environment your customers work within
- Consistently achieving high standards of incall capability, effectively using all promotional materials appropriately
- Demonstrating compliance within the AstraZeneca's UKMC governance framework and the ABPI Code of Practice
Essential Skills
- Virtual and face to face sales experience
- Presenting on different virtual platforms, with strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Strong results focus
- Shows initiative and is selfstarting
- High emotional intelligence demonstrated through management of own attitude
- ABPI qualified (unless new to representative role)
- Qualified to A-Level standard or equivalent
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of the customer and therapy area within area of responsibility
- Strong influencing skills via virtual selling
- Success in virtual pharmaceutical sales
- Science degree
