Role Summary

Brad Rogers Group is a leading provider of planned and reactive maintenance services, catering to domestic and commercial properties across Essex.

Specialising in seven different trades with expert engineers in plumbing, heating, electrics, air conditioning, bathrooms & kitchens, renewable energy, and building services, we offer a fast-response and emergency service.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut tiles to fit the installation area
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling them
• Set tiles in a pattern or design according to specifications
• Ensure tiles are properly aligned and spaced
• Use tools such as tile cutters, trowels, and levels to complete installations
• Grout and seal tiles to create a finished look
• Clean up work area and remove any debris

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tile setter or similar role
• Knowledge of different types of tiles and their installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans
• Strong attention to detail and precision in tile placement
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods
• Excellent handeye coordination and manual dexterity
• Good problemsolving skills to address any issues that may arise during installation

Salary:
£36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
