Hawkwood are currently partnering with an internationally-renowned, environmental impact organisation who are seeking to hire a Lead Recruiter.

Affiliated with a network of high-profile philanthropists, our client are playing a leading role in driving innovation within climate change.

This phenomenal organisation offer the chance for a Lead Recruiter to make a meaningful contribution to saving our planet by leading all key hiring for the business, whilst also building Talent Acquisition processes from scratch.

Role Responsibilities:

Owning endtoend hiring for roles up to Executive level, across marketing, media, creative, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, operations and finance.
Building hiring processes and policies from scratch.
Identifying and hiring marketleading talent into the business.
Partnering closely with hiring managers across the business to formulate job descriptions, and support with interview training and hiring decisions.
Leading the DEI strategy within recruitment, working in alignment with the People and Culture Director.

About You:

Experience in managing the endtoend recruitment lifecycle from engagement to offer with a focus on marketing, media, creative, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, operations and finance hiring.
You ideally have experience in building and implementing Talent processes from scratch.
You have ideally run an Executive recruitment process and partnered with Executive Search agencies.
