This is a temporary vacancy leading to a permanent contract

Total Recruit are recruiting a General Administrator to provide admin support to the

Commercial Director in a well established and successful Utility Services business.

enquiries as well as prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.


Duties and Skills Required:

  • Tracking and managing financial transactions
  • Liaising with the operational team to issue accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  • Process monthly timesheets for payroll purposes.
  • Issue statements to clients to ensure timely payments are made.
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic financial principles.
  • Ability to work independently and also a good team player
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
