Hybrid - Worthing

up to £65,000 pa
This role, joining an organisation with big budgets and big responsibilities, would suit somebody who can make decisions and work closely with their allocated departments and teams

The role of Senior Finance Manager includes:

Working closely with IT, HR and Strategy teams, providing financial insights and support
Driving continuous improvements in business performance and cost management
Providing financial analysis and monthly reporting
Leading the financial business reviews, and challenging decisions with sound analysis
Driving cost reductions across the business by identifying risks, errors, problems and improvements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A strong trackrecord of strong financial leadership, ensuring best practice within a regulated environment
Experience of working within a commerciallyled environment
