What's the role?


We're looking for a bubbly, dynamic, and trustworthy Customer Service Representative who can sprinkle magic on our customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice and heart of Imperial Candles, delivering stellar customer service that dazzles and delights our customers.
  • Become the social media maestro, crafting engaging responses that make our platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok buzz.
  • Oversee and facilitate the order and delivery process using retail management systems such as Gorgias, Shopify, and Mintsoft.
  • Channel customer insights and feedback into a fountain of ideas for the team for constant awesomeness.
  • Provide customer service to our Ambassador team, contribute to training, and actively participate in our Facebook Group discussions.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team and couriers as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in adding new products to our website that align with product launches.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for website listings.
  • Assist with phone support for Imperial Candles and our sister brand.

Experience:


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or building community on social media.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
