  • Maintain and update customer records, keeping our database accurate and uptodate.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, working together to ensure customers' needs are met.

Feedback Champion:

  • Spot opportunities to enhance our processes and provide valuable feedback to management.
  • Your insights will help us evolve and elevate our customer service.

Your Skillset & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is a must; an associate's degree is a valuable plus.
  • Previous experience in fastpaced customer service roles is highly desirable, setting you up for success.

Communicative Maestro:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be your ticket to customer satisfaction.
