Complaints and Insight officer responsibilities-

  • Handling of complaints and supporting complainants through the complaints process
  • Work with staff across all services to focus on getting the right solution first time for our customers and delivering high levels of satisfaction
  • Satisfy their customers by delivering a highlevel customer focused service.
  • Challenge and escalate concerns identified in relation to poor complaint case handling.

The Successful Applicant:


Complaints and Insight officer previous experience-

  • Understanding of how to manage difficult conversations face to face and by telephone
  • Someone who can converse with a wide range of customers across all communication channels including social media, smart phones apps etc.
  • Be able to handle all types of contact and relationships with ease remaining calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, and excellent written skills.

- £16.38 an hour PAYE
