About Our Client:

Complaints and Insight officer responsibilities-
- Handling of complaints and supporting complainants through the complaints process
- Work with staff across all services to focus on getting the right solution first time for our customers and delivering high levels of satisfaction
- Satisfy their customers by delivering a highlevel customer focused service.
- Challenge and escalate concerns identified in relation to poor complaint case handling.
The Successful Applicant:
Complaints and Insight officer previous experience-
- Understanding of how to manage difficult conversations face to face and by telephone
- Someone who can converse with a wide range of customers across all communication channels including social media, smart phones apps etc.
- Be able to handle all types of contact and relationships with ease remaining calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, and excellent written skills.
