Our client is a UK technology company that is growing rapidly in Europe and the US with its breakthrough device.

This unique capital equipment routinely produces large quantities of valuable data, that if harnessed will enable their customers to make better informed, life-saving clinical decisions.


The company is looking for a
Head of Digital to build the digital products that will further enhance the customer experience.


The key responsibilities of the role include overall management and execution of the digital strategy, building, managing, and growing a digital-innovation ecosystem and identification and implementation of new tools to support and enhance the company's value proposition. The role will manage external parties and work cross-functionally in the company.

The position reports to Chief Technology Officer.

The role requires a hybrid way of working with 2 days in the office in Oxford.

  • Relevant university degree.
  • Experience in developing, launching and supporting digital platforms and apps in healthcare, preferably medical devices (both frontend and backend).
  • Excellent knowledge of key technical aspects of digital technologies (both frontend and backend).
  • Proven track record of digital transformation projects.
  • International experience, a midsized medical device company is preferred.
  • Experience working with ISO 13485, ISO62304 and other medical device quality standards is a must.
  • Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive and passionate about technology.
  • High ethical personal standards.
  • Ability to travel in Europe and the United States.
