Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing tires for various vehicles.

This is a physically demanding role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with power and hand tools.

Excellent customer service skills are also essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
Rotate, balance, and mount tires on vehicles
Repair punctures and perform patchwork on damaged tires
Perform tire alignments and adjustments as needed
Maintain accurate records of tire services performed
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role is preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
