TRAINING SUPERVISOR

NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY......9pm to 9am.....4/5 evenings per week...flexible
Our client is an Australian based company dealing with vehicle collision accident claims.

Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the continuous development of the sales department's capability.

This will be a people and process focussed role that has autonomy to create models and systems that support the growth of the sales channel but also individual development.

The role will sit alongside and collaborate with the Team Leaders to form a pivotal approach to achieving the sales objectives.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Create and deliver induction programmes for all new starters
  • Evaluate and develop existing QA process
  • Continually assess the skill levels of the department collectively, implementing remedial plans to enable success.
  • Support personal development planning
  • Inspire teams with creative engagement and construction of workshops and training sessions
  • Individual coaching sessions for excellence
  • Define and introduce sales methodology
  • Collate and track analysis of effectiveness, customer experience and skill levels. Present back tracking to plan, further initiatives to achieve.

Note:

This position requires you to be flexible to work a rotating roster covering 5 evenings per week with some flexibility returned.



Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Attributes:


  • Experience being responsible for the sales capability of a medium sized team
  • Ability to create reporting and analysis of critical areas of skills within a team
  • Experience of building and delivery of induction programs
  • A proven coach
  • Experience of different sales methodology and ability to introduce seamlessly
  • An eye for detail and effective record keeping.
  • Proven track record of analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent time and task management
  • A passion for helping others and delivering excellent levels of skill.
  • Understanding of basic business metrics and how they influence performance
  • Ability to work in a global team and autonomously.
  • A willingness to learn, develop and grow within your role.
  • High level of professional customer service & empathy
