NQ/Fee earning Paralegal | Trust Administrator | Guildford

A Legal 500 firm is looking for an NQ or fee earning paralegal with good knowledge/experience in Trust Administration to assist their Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to interesting and high quality work at a toplaw firm.

The role will involve undertaking fee earning work and handling trust and tax advice work for private clients and to build and develop your own caseload.

You will work efficiently with other departments to develop your own specialist area of work.

You will provide legal and tax advice in relation to the administration of UK resident Trusts including: compliance work including the preparation of annual Trust Accounts, Registration of Trusts on HMRC Trust Register and Inheritance Tax returns.
