GOOD we have 2 residential/nursing homes nestled on a private road in a quiet and beautiful area of old Welwyn, purpose-built Autumn Vale and Heath Lodge offering first-class care for residents over 65.

Each one of our residents enjoys unique, personalised care, built around them and designed to make their stay with us as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible.

You do not need experience but just to share our values and delivering our aim by:

- **What does the role involve?**:

To build friendships with our residents that help them adjust to life in a care home
Deliver a high level of personal and psychological care to all residents in a professional manner
Maintain good communication levels with Manager, Senior Care Assistants, Chef and relatives to ensure smooth operation of role and high levels of cooperation.
Complete records where required to a satisfactory standard. Agree the type and quantity of record keeping with the manager on a monthly basis.
Maintain client, staff, and business confidentiality at all times
Plan daytime and evening time activities.
Maintain an awareness of the Health and Safety requirements.
Coordinate the activities program with other services in the facility and creating a monthly planner.
Encourage resident participation in activities and document outcomes being aware of the residents' hobbies and interests and assisting them to pursue these by creating resident profiles.
Work individually and within the team to provide the necessary back up for all staff, to a standard commensurate with aims and objectives of the Home and in consideration of its residents.
