The Role:

Outstanding opportunity for a National Sales Manager selling PVC-U and metal cable management solutions to contractors by back selling through regional and national wholesalers.

Key markets include industrial, healthcare, education,and domestic.

There is an element of driving new business whilst also increasing revenue through dormant and low spending accounts, as well as managing the larger accounts to continue the organisations growth of market share.

There is also the responsibilityof leading and managing the team of Area Sales Managers to achieve the Southern regional sales and GP targets.


Requirements:
To be considered for the National Sales Manager role you must have:

  • Experience within the electrical industry.
  • Experience developing a sales team to overachieve.
  • Ability to demonstrate how you have previously developed individual sales people.
  • Personal skills to forge new and build on existing relationships.
  • Able to negotiate profitable agreements at regional and national levels.
  • Experience managing the P&L of a sales region.
  • Knowledge and technical understanding of a broad product portfolio.
  • Full and clean driving license.

The Package for National Sales Manager:


  • Basic: £50k£55k
  • Bonus /

OTE:
£14k expected year - Car: Car allowance or choice of company car with hybrid/electric options available.

  • Benefits: Mobile, laptop, healthcare, pension contributions and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
