Description
Pertemps are working with a sustainable organisation who are looking for an Administration assistant to join them on a potential temporary to permanent basis.
This role is originally for 3 months.The purpose of this role is to assist the business managerwith administration duties such as invoicing, filing, documenting, and dealing with valuable clients.
You will be a key function within the administration department so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills and are organised.
This rolewill be based on full time hours, Monday to Friday with a salary for £22k per annum.Key Responsibilities:
- First line contact for the region, answering telephone calls, receiving visitors to the department etc.
- Order materials e.g. stationery, toners etc
- Maintain central filing system
- Input of timesheets
- Assist in production of reports as required
- Maintain the office in a manner that is presentable to customers and clients
- Ad hoc works as required
- Where necessary supports clients by answering inquiries and ensures clients are kept up to date on progress
- Ensures all enquiries from clients are accurately passed to relevant individual
- Previous experience in an administration or similar role
- Confident with IT, including the Microsoft packages
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Excellent time management
