Morgan Hunt are currently working with a prestigious Health Membership organisation to recruit for a Member Call Centre AdministratorContract Type - Permanent
Salary - £25,000 if based in London
Hours - Full time
Hybrid - Yes
Main Duties of Member Call Centre Administrator:
- Providing first class customer service to Members, dealing with complaints and payment queries
- Managing Members certificate processes
- Utilising the Salesforce CRM database with accurate data entry
Experience Required of the Member Call Centre Administrator:
- Ideally experience of working for a Membership body previously
- Experience of data entry using a CRM (ideally Salesforce)
- Experience working in a customer facing environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
