Temporary - 3 months initially - permanent opportunities

Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 6pm

Tate are working with a well-known local authority in their search for Customer Service Advisors to start on Monday 30th January 2023.


As first point of contact for customers, your role as a Customer Service Advisor is to ensure their customers receive a professional, positive, customer-focused experience.


You would be based in their Housing Team, with key duties including:

  • Being the first point of contact for telephone calls and provide support/advice to find the appropriate solution for customers
  • Complaint handling
  • Working alongside other departments with complex queries to work out the best resolution for customers
  • Creating and maintaining up to date and accurate customer records on the database / logging information
