Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 6pm

Tate are working with a well-known local authority in their search for Customer Service Advisors to start on Monday 30th January 2023.
As first point of contact for customers, your role as a Customer Service Advisor is to ensure their customers receive a professional, positive, customer-focused experience.
You would be based in their Housing Team, with key duties including:
- Being the first point of contact for telephone calls and provide support/advice to find the appropriate solution for customers
- Complaint handling
- Working alongside other departments with complex queries to work out the best resolution for customers
- Creating and maintaining up to date and accurate customer records on the database / logging information
