Job Title:
Healthcare Assistant
Duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing care to patients
- Perform basic medical procedures under supervision, such as taking vital signs and administering medication
- Help patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient information and update medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
