Facilities Contract Support Administrator - Facilities Management - Leeds City Centre

Your New Role:
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors to schedule appointments and arrange access
- Responding to client call out requests within SLA's
- Liaising with the supervisor to organising the engineer's diaries
- Updating subcontractor contract forms
- Processing quotes and invoices for clients and sending for approval
- Following up outstanding quotes
- Producing weekly WIP reports
- Scanning all relevant documentation and uploading
- Setting up new PPM Contracts/Manuals
- Processing correspondence and certificates for clients
- Raising purchase orders for materials/services required
