Facilities Contract Support Administrator - Facilities Management - Leeds City Centre


Your new employer is a market leading Facilities Management service provider who have a high-profile portfolio of commercial properties across the world.

Your New Role:


  • Liaising with clients and subcontractors to schedule appointments and arrange access
  • Responding to client call out requests within SLA's
  • Liaising with the supervisor to organising the engineer's diaries
  • Updating subcontractor contract forms
  • Processing quotes and invoices for clients and sending for approval
  • Following up outstanding quotes
  • Producing weekly WIP reports
  • Scanning all relevant documentation and uploading
  • Setting up new PPM Contracts/Manuals
  • Processing correspondence and certificates for clients
  • Raising purchase orders for materials/services required
