We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a newly developed team for a period of 6 months to support our Sales & Business Development team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide administrative support to Sales function
- Support Sales Coordinator and Sales Manager with administration tasks
- Manage customer enquiry mailbox direct queries accordingly
- Answer customer enquiry calls
- Support the implementation of new sales system
- Provide general office administration duties
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
- Previous sales administration experience is essential
- Maintain a high level of trust and integrity.
- Have excellent IT Skills, including a strong understanding MS Office, including excel.
- Be a team player, willing to get involved where needed.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and workload.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and determined with a reliable nature.
- Strong ability to communicate well at all levels.
