PART TIME
£10.42 PER HOUR

We are looking for a conscientious, committed & enthusiastic individual to join a thriving family run company.


The job involves offering administrative support to the Admin Department in dealing with all aspects of office based duties and providing assistance to the Managing Director and employees of the company.


Responsibilities will include_**:
_(but not limited to),_


Administration:
general office duties including

  • Word processing & typing
  • Printing/copying/scanning
  • Filing/maintenance of records
  • Completing/updating spreadsheet reports in Excel

Accounts:
including

  • Checking and input of Purchase Ledger invoices/credits & paying suppliers in a timely manner
  • Correctly managing/input CIS Subcontractor invoices
  • Project data input on to SAGE 50 accounting software,

IT & customer service support:

  • Answering the telephone/responding to general enquiries
  • Taking accurate messages/forwarding appropriately
  • Email management, checking/forwarding/responding
  • Database record checking/inputting/retrieving
  • Be part of the team offering office cover
  • Liaising & working with other members of the team

Job Requirements:


Knowledge:

  • Have some experience in Office/Excel & Word
  • Previous experience in SAGE 50 accounts would be a benefit.
  • Good level of Maths & English

Skills:
Demonstrate commitment to develop skills in

  • General admin
  • Variety of IT
  • Analyse & input of data
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Aptitudes:

  • Have a 'can do' attitude
  • Be a team player
  • Good attendance record
Able to accept & act on feedback


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

£10.42 per hour
