Job Purpose:


This role will work within the NPAS Shared services Business Readiness team and will support NPAS projects within the NPAS Programme.

The purpose is to implement the appropriate training and business readiness support solutions to each NPAS project.


You will work alongside the Business Readiness Lead to provide business readiness expertise to the programme and coordinate Business readiness activities, including training, communication and engagement and adoption.

Key Responsibilities**:
  • Liaise with External organisations, including but not limited to solution providers, technology partners, consultancies to ensure coherent approach to training delivery.
  • Develop appropriate training plans that support NPAS Projects
  • Document Training material incl but not limited to approach/strategy, plans, guides & FAQs
  • Ensure all training resources are reviewed, meet the requirement for quality assurance, are signed off and delivered prior to the agreed plan
  • Deliver training as defined by the Training Needs Analysis to the appropriate audience using the agreed deliver method.
  • Support training delivery with course content, support material, scheduling, training logistics and evaluation
  • Support Comms and Engagement activities to ensure users are aware and ready to accept the agreed changes
  • Liaise directly with NPAS Project teams to understand key project objectives, influence specific training and general business readiness activities.
  • Implement project training approaches which will support delivery against the defined project outcomes
  • Define detailed training delivery plans including tasks to deliver a train the trainer approach
  • Prepare training material for business training, conduct reviews with business stakeholders and obtain sign off
  • Align training delivery plans with testing plans to ensure a seamless delivery and minimise business disruption
  • Utilise blended learning techniques to create training content that can be published across multiple channels and delivered to various audiences

Skills and Experience Specification:


Essential:


  • Strong experience in training design and delivery
  • Knowledge of learning technologies and their contribution to delivering compelling content increasing engagement and driving change
  • Collaborative and diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions
  • Confident and articulate in training delivery and experience in different training methods
  • Meticulous training material creation
  • Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent)
  • Selfmanagement and planning of your work schedule with a high level of accountability
  • Previous experience of designing and developing bespoke training materials and transposing technical information into digestible content for a variety of roles

Desirable:


  • Recent Specialty Insurance experience is desirable
  • Experience working with policy administration systems
  • Understanding of the full policy lifecycle from inception to expiry/renewal/cancellation
