As PMO, you will:


  • Take the lead on monthly business reporting and forecasting processes and present financials to senior stakeholders.
  • Control, monitor and challenge costs, profit and losses to ensure short term planning targets are met.
  • Accurately report profit/loss financial risks and opportunities to the CFO and COO, providing options to reduce risks while meeting targets.
  • Support cost prioritisation at Business Unit ExCos to meet financial challenges to forecasts and reduce costs.
  • Manage business and stakeholder relationships in relation to a portfolio of initiatives and present budget pivoted by strategic theme, subbusiness unit and control agenda.
  • Support the business in successful planning of a complex portfolio of change, including resource management and financial planning.
  • Track and consolidate coverage of procurement and resourcing while ensuring optimal lead times are attained.
  • Create and control agile JIRA boards for portfolio programmes, ensuring process consistency and reporting.

As a PMO you will have:

  • In depth practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Experience working in high pressure, fastpaced environments.
  • Demonstrable experience using JIRA, Confluence and PowerPoint.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel with the ability to compare, reconcile and report data both accurately and professionally.
  • Experience in successfully managing and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable PMO experience in a Tech/Finance Change environment.
  • Business Management experience.
  • Experience in Book keeping and Cash flow.
  • Skills in Data Analysis.
