My Client in Poole is actively seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join their rapidly growing team.What is the day to day of the role?
- Completing onboarding process for employees
- Ensuring Right to Work Documents are in line with the UK Regulations
- Daily Implementing Recruitment Processes
- Working closely with all new employees for a quick and efficient onboarding process
Required skills and qualifications:
- Hold a CIPD Level 3 Qualification or equivalent is a bonus
- Be a quick thinker
- Have at least 2 years experience within Recruitment
- Have knowledge around IR35
