JOB PURPOSE

The Global QMS Specialist for International Expansion will be responsible to develop and deploy quality processes, guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the key processes during global international expansion projects and thereafter to maintain business as usual scenarios.
The role act as the key Global Quality functional partner who needs to have close working collaboration across Brand/ Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Procurement teams to understand the overlaps of quality processes and thereafter develop the quality processes/ guidelines/ SOPs which are cross functionally aligned.
The role will have direct governance Quality KPIs such as Management Review of Quality for international expansion, change management governance in the regions, tracking of the performance indicators for regions.
This role will have working scope to cover across the Globe, which currently includes China, the United Kingdom/ Europe, Canada, Australia, LATAM, APAC, India.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development & deployment of quality systems for Global/ International H&W, with close partnership with key stakeholders likes of Brand/ Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Procurement teams; for effectively managing global expansion projects (innovation/ renovation) and thereafter quality processes for businessasusual mode (Gotomarket and related processes)
- Develop QMS/ SOPs to ensure mandatory minimum Quality processes are embedded in the system.
- Impart training to cross functional global teams for the developed QMS processes/ SOPs.
- Develop and deploy governance model for international quality.
- Drive governance of the Global KPIs likes of Management Review of Quality for international expansion, change management governance in the regions, tracking of the performance indicators for regions.
- Provide support to the regional teams in developing the local QMS processes / SOPs.
- Represent Quality function on appropriate forums.
- Maintains an open channel for communication between various stakeholders.
