Seeking for a Care Coordinator/Senior Care Assistant in the Borehamwood area.


This role is a full time role paying £23-26K depending on experience, this i an office role based with the odd few trips to meet clients.

You will oversee treatment plans, collaborate with other health care professionals, and help educate patients on their condition.

Your duties will include assisting clients to complete paperwork, communicating with family members, maintaing the quality ofcare, and recruiting and training staff.
