We're looking for chatty, engaging people to join one of our Mortgage Business Development teams, this a fantastic role if you're either looking to get into mortgages or just do something a bit different.

This is a part time opportunity working up to hours a week either Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm or 9.30am - 2.

30pm (full time training may be required for a few weeks and we can consider different working patterns as long as 12pm - 2pm is covered)

As a Mortgage Development Specialist (known internally as Business Development Advisor) you're often the first voice of Coventry Building Society to our mortgage broker customers, so giving them a great customer experience every time is the reason they'll comeback to us again and again.

The role is very much about being customer focused, with a passion for providing exceptional support, the rest we can teach.

Once we've taken you through our training and you're feeling confident, you can progress through our structured accreditation programme helping you grow and increase your salary at each point, with many to work towards.

If your passionate about personal developmentyou'll have plenty of opportunities to build your career or simply just develop.

Once trained and comfortable in the role you'll work on a hybrid basis working from home and our office in Binley, Coventry (at least 2 days a week).

Although the role is mortgage focused, mortgage experience is not required at all, as our fantastic training will support you.

You'll need experience of dealing with a wide range of different people and will have strong communication skills.

You'll have experience of dealing with more challenging or complex situations and will enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

You'll be a team player and enjoy helping those around you. It's important to keep your knowledge up to date with regular changesand updates, so you'll like learning new things.
