Mable Therapy are a growing organisation in the heart of Leeds, that provide ongoing support to schools and children.

They offer a range of services including online counselling, speech therapy and mental health support through a network of qualified and licensed mental health professionals.

Founded in 2015 with a sole purpose to create a service with children at the heart of what they do, Mable Therapy uses advanced technology to connect children and young people with licensed mental health professionals who can provide them with the right level of support and guidance.

Overview:

Salary:

£14,000 per annum.

Responsibilities include:

Development and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives
Create and curate engaging content for social media and other digital channels
Monitoring and analysing the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform decisionmaking and optimising campaigns for maximum ROI
Collaborate with designers, copywriters and other creative to produce high quality digital content
Report on key metrics and provide insights to the marketing team and senior management
Liaising with numerous departments such as Counselling, Clinicians, Speech Therapy, School Management etc.

Experience of digital marketing in your own time
YouTube channels, Social Media pages, experience of AI tools (ChatGPT)
First class communication skills and the ability to hold a business conversation
An Intuitive, curious and passionate attitude to learning
A lover of all things tech
Drive and determination to make the role your own
Sociable and outgoing nature

Entry requirements:

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
