It would be fantastic if you came to us with the following fundamental skill sets that we can help you build on:
- 1. A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word_
- 2. An understanding or use of accounts software_
- 3. Experience working in a similar environment_
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Processing customer queries by collating, checking and evaluating information.
- Compiling and issuing letters in response to customer and supplier queries and in accordance with service level agreements.
- Updating our centralised systems.
- Supporting projects and special exercises.
- Answering the telephone.
- General data input and other miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Salary:
Up to £11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
