About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a professional housing qualification (CIH Level 6 or equivalent) or is working towards this.
  • Has considerable housing experience and can demonstrate a high level of knowledge in housing management.
  • Has knowledge of housing legislation and practice across different tenures.

  • Has knowledge of leasehold management including service charge legislation and regulations.
  • Is experienced in setting and managing fixed and variable service charge budgets.
You'll be comfortable working with colleagues across the business in an environment focused on continuous improvement and digital innovation.

If you think you've got most of what we are looking for, but not everything, we'd still love to hear from you.

You may have seen or heard of the exciting news that we are in the early stages of partnership discussions with Sanctuary, who are one of the largest housing associations in the country.

Sanctuary like Johnnie Johnson has been in operation for over 50 years and have over 120,000 homes.

We believe joining Sanctuary will allow us to fulfil our ambitions and invest more in our residents' homes than we could, on our own.

We've always believed solid partnerships are a brilliant way to help us achieve the very best for our residents, and we believe this is no different.

It's an exciting time for both colleagues and residents and we'd love for you to be part of it.

We are currently trialling exciting changes to our opening hours, and have introduced a condensed 4.5 day working week, which means we close at 1pm on a Friday.

We believe this is a great extension to our already flexible 'My Lifestyle' approach.

We are running this pilot until September 2023, reviewing its success at regular intervals, with a view to making this a permanent change.
