About the role

Full time 39 hours per week

3 Month fixed term contract

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 6.00am pm

£10.60 per hour

Key responsibilities
You'll create a brilliant experience for every local customer who orders our products online.

Working within our Store to Home delivery hub, you'll be collaborating with your hub team to process online orders, manage stock, maintain an accurate database of products and delivery schedules - plus you'll be supporting colleagues across your store to answer customer queries.

In short, you'll make sure our online customer experience and delivery service is the best it can be.

Required skills & experience

A brilliant organiser, problem solver and communicator, you'll feel right at home with us as you'll be working closely with colleagues and most importantly, our customers.

You're great at working with numbers and spreadsheets to maintain data accuracy, and even better at working with people. You'll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. And you're flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
