The purpose of the job is to provide support to the Learning & Development team.
The role is a key contact for the retailer network.

As an expert in the VCUK learning management system you will troubleshoot and provide guidance for any certification, training booking & cancellation queries.

The role holder will also provide project administration support to the Learning & Development management team.


Key Accountables-Training Support:


  • Working within the Learning & Development team to support the retailer network. Providing them with support in relation to training administration queries and training on the learning management system
  • Responsibility for the administration of certification pathways, ensuring they are kept up to date and relevant by liaising with key stakeholders
  • Responsibility for uploading and deploying the eLearning content to the Learning Management System, ensuring that we keep an accurate inventory and courses are regularly reviewed
  • Responsibility for the delegate experience at the Daventry Training Centre & Hotels. Working closely with the workplace experience team and accommodation agency
  • Calculate the annual training levy and communicate with retailers, make amendments quarterly as needed.
  • Franchise Standards reporting working with the audit team to provide information on retailer status in terms of franchise standards
  • Provide Adhoc Reports to include KPI, Dashboard feed, waiting lists, capacity reports, training exception reports & certification reports
