The purpose of the job is to provide support to the Learning & Development team.
The role is a key contact for the retailer network.

As an expert in the VCUK learning management system you will troubleshoot and provide guidance for any certification, training booking & cancellation queries.

The role holder will also provide project administration support to the Learning & Development management team.

Key Accountables-Training Support:

Working within the Learning & Development team to support the retailer network. Providing them with support in relation to training administration queries and training on the learning management system
Responsibility for the administration of certification pathways, ensuring they are kept up to date and relevant by liaising with key stakeholders
Responsibility for uploading and deploying the eLearning content to the Learning Management System, ensuring that we keep an accurate inventory and courses are regularly reviewed
Responsibility for the delegate experience at the Daventry Training Centre & Hotels. Working closely with the workplace experience team and accommodation agency
Calculate the annual training levy and communicate with retailers, make amendments quarterly as needed.
Franchise Standards reporting working with the audit team to provide information on retailer status in terms of franchise standards
Provide Adhoc Reports to include KPI, Dashboard feed, waiting lists, capacity reports, training exception reports & certification reports

Raise Purchase Orders as and when requested
