Futures Recruitment Services are delighted to be supporting our client on the outskirts of Chichester with their new Position: Materials Planner Supervisor.

The main objective of this position is to liaise with both customers and Suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchases.

The main responsibilities of the Materials Planner Supervisor will be:

  • Taking charge of all elements of Stock Control including Goods in, Goods out and Stock Take
  • Assist with the Supervision of the warehouse and Workshop teams including assigning workloads and prioratising tasks with the teams
  • Communicating realistic delivery dates to the clients ensuring that expectations are managed
  • Making regular calls to Suppliers ensuring that quality materials are secured while also staying within the company's budget.
To be considered for the role of Materials Planner Supervisor you must:

  • Have previous Supervisory experience
  • Have recent Planning experience within an Engineering Environment
  • Be familiar with ISO 9001 Quality systems
  • Have a working knowledge of ERP/MRP Systems
  • Be an Excellent Communicator, Both Verbally and Written
  • Be willing to Implement positive change within the business when required
The pay for this role will be up to £40,000 dependent on experience.

£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
