We are a Bruin Capital company, and we work with over 300 leading sports rights-owners including the NFL, Premier League, UEFA and F1, and we employ more than 500 people across London, New York, LA, Paris, Bern and Melbourne.

Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally.

A pioneering rights-sales capability, successfully marketing the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record impact for brands.

The engine room of the Rights Management business is the Insight Team, a team that provides our wide range of clients with cutting-edge insight on brands, categories, and industry trends.

The team also creates and analyses business case data to aid purchase decision-making and offer thought leadership across the industry to our clients.

This year, Two Circles also launched the Rights and Strategy Team, a leading consultancy service that assists rights holders and institutional investors in structuring, valuing, and advising sponsorship rights to improve their commercial revenue.

As our Rights Management business expands into different countries and our volume of sales processes increases, we require a leader to join our team to enhance our existing processes and systems by delivering comprehensive insight, lead a young and dynamic team and support advisory projects for the leading rights holders around the world.

Requirements:

The role will primarily involve two main areas:

Leading the Insight Team to generate outstanding market insight to support our sales processes and coaching the team to excel,
Working on a range of advisory projects to support commercial revenue growth within the business.

6 years + experience working in an Insight role within a sports rightsholder or sports agency

Strong understanding and knowledge of the sponsorship sector

Strong leader of teams
Entrepreneurial approach to work, agile and able to work with ambiguity

Results orientated and with high levels of commercial acumen
