This is not the role for a pigeon-holed KPI robot; at KBE Drinks, our newly created Key Account Manager roles span multiple channels and a rich variety of customers.

In KBE Drinks, you'll be representing a fast-growing multi-beer, cider brand, and spirit business.

We're the UK flagship for international brands such as Kingfisher, Sagres, Sapporo, and Dos Equis - plus super-premium spirits and craft collaboration withYeastie Boys.

Also, our recently formed innovation team has created and launched two new spirit brands within 12 months.

Instead of a narrow Account Manager role within a fixed business space, this position spans off-trade, convenience, and cash-and-carry.

You'll be developing existing business as well as both exploring new opportunities across off trade and picking up anestablished customer base.


Do You Offer ?

  • At least two years of sales experience in a customerfacing or account management role in the drinks sector or FMCG
  • Demonstrable success in working with customers and delivering a joint business plan
  • Previous experience requiring selfmanagement and remote/hybrid working
  • Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience regularly using Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel


In this Key Account Manager role, you'll be working with a diverse, modern, and fluid portfolio of brands, dealing with a broad range of customers.

This is a nationwide role involving travel and meetings you'll arrange and manage within healthy working hours.
We expect only occasional on-site attendance in our Kent office (ME20 6RZ).

Empowered across all levels of P&L, you'll be integral to customer discussions and a variety of operational approaches. Forget rounds of internal signoffs and stop-start change; this is agile, entrepreneurial working with clear and tangible impact.


If you have a flair for building rapport with colleagues and customers as well as that knack for understanding and presenting a compelling case for why a brand that you're selling is right for a specific business and its consumers, this is the role for you.
