Description
My client, a national housing provider, seek experienced Customer Support Specialists to start temporary ongoing bookings immediately.Main purpose of the role:
- To provide an excellent customer led service in the management and completion of the Housing Associations processes.
- To work with internal and external customers to with the overall objective of delivering a swift and efficient service
Key Accountability:
- Effectively and efficiently manage cases in the relevant work areas, liaising with appropriate internal and external contacts to ensure all necessary documentation is received to facilitate decision making in line with relevant procedures, polices, statutoryor regulatory guidance in a timely and costeffective manner
Full time Mon to Fri 9-5
Hybrid working after training (2/3 days in West Croydon office a week)
£15.73 PAYE £19.55 LTD UMB PER HOUR
