We are seeking a Project Manager who will be within the Commercial and Central Functions Divisionwhere you will have end to end accountability for project delivery and the delivery of change.

Who will you be working for?
RPS provide project delivery and tailored PMO services, helping our customer's projects go from concept to completion.

Our project delivery services are custom tailored to meet individual needs, whilst drawing on broad market experience and proven methodologyfrom a variety of sectors including Logistics, Media, Banking and Central Government.

We keep the end goal firmly in mind and can scale as in line with customer needs.

What will you be doing?
This role will join the Digital Innovation and Transformation team which is part of the Commercial function.

You will be part of a team that is supported by the Business Analyst team who are also supporting this medical piece of work.

This project will beworking specifically on a shipping solution/ order management. One of the key aspects will be working on creating orders and mapping this through to fulfilment.

There are many different workstreams within this project of which this role will be supporting/ leading on one of those with the support of the wider team.

To be successful in this role, you will have a varied background with most of the below;

Essential:

Experiences Business Analyst with strong requirements management skills (projects are typically delivered in a Waterfall framework with deliverables required to pass through a gating process) with the ability to take initiative and be proactive
Good Process Modelling skills
Strong stakeholder management skills and will need to drive the support required with the support of the Technology team (working closely with business, operational and IT)
Demonstrable experience as working as a Business Analyst for large complex organisations.
Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
Interpersonal skills/effectiveness (Communication, Influencing and Collaboration, Listening, Conflict Management).
Vendor/Supplier management experience, in a multisupplier environment.
Experienced at working within both Waterfall & Agile project environments.
