As a result of continual success, this well-respected firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Associate to join their leading team.

The Opportunity


This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Associate to work for a specialist team, who are committed to providing the highest quality advice to all clients.

The Corporate Commercial team act for a wide-ranging client-base including those in the music and media sectors, PLCs, privately owned SMEs and more.


The role will involve:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Commercial contracts
  • Joint ventures
  • Business agreements
  • Management buyouts and buyins
  • Setting up, financing and restructuring a business

Requirements:


  • Experience commensurate to that of 6 years' PQE
  • General experience in both corporate and commercial work
