Our client is an established market leading software house seeking an Software Support Technician to join their support and development team.

The Software Support Technician will be responsible for Diagnosing and resolving faults with software as well aseducating clients in instances of user error.


This role would be Hybrid based remotely and on the office based in Sittingbounre

Responsibilities for theSoftware Support Technician

  • Performing to company standards in line with our company values. This performance will be measured in the form of KPIs as well as the results of departmental and regular onetoone meetings.
