Description

A Dorking based Chartered Surveying Practice focussed on Commercial and Residential development projects are looking for a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to join their small but professional team.

The Senior Surveyor/Associates role

Their projects span from small developments of a few units to large high-level work such as HS2 stations, across London and the Southeast.

The ideal Surveyor will be competent in completing Valuations on Commercial and Residential property and any experience within development or planning is a bonus.

All training will be provided to get the surveyor up to speed on the development side.

The Surveyor will ideally hold

MRICS or FRICS qualified
Strong Valuation experience
Confident report writing and presenting to clients
Development or planning experience is ideal
Exposure to court hearings with planning issues
Knowledge of analysing
