Remote Marketing Executive

We have an exciting opportunity here at Pink Spaghetti, for a Marketing Executive to join our team.

Due to expansion and continued growth Pink Spaghetti Bournemouth are excited to be looking for a Marketing Executive who will support our ever-growing list of client needs.

This role will be remote, however travel to the Verwood office is necessary at times. This is a fast paced and multi-faceted role, which will suit an engaging and proactive team player.

As a Marketing Executive, your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Management of social media strategies.
• Creation, scheduling and posting on all social media channels.
• Management of CRM systems.
• Customer communications, including talking on the phone.
• General administration.
• Setting up meetings and/or interviews.
• Creation and management of monthly newsletters.
• Lead generation & Networking.
• Creation of project mapping, road mapping or customer journeys.

Your key qualities:

• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create social media posts with Canva.
• Solid project management, planning, and organisational skills with high levels of attention to detail.
• A sense of urgency and deadline focussed.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organisation.
• Must be able to talk on the phone with people at all levels of the organisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Team player.
• Enjoys challenges.
• Works well without supervision.
• Customer focussed.
• Must have experience working with Canva.

This is a part time vacancy for 15 hours a week, workdays 9.00am-12.00pm.

Salary is £25,000 pro rota.

This is a remote role but there may be times you are needed in the office.
