Position Description; Summary
To Assist with the daily running of the office.
Promote the company image
Supervisory & Line Management Responsibilities:
- List the positions / job titles within the organization who report into this position_.
Primary Responsibilities:
- As directed by Partners, Case Manager, office manager assist with the daily office duties
- Closing files
- Arraigning post
- Internal filing
- Answering the phone
- Assist with stock control
- General office duties
Other Responsibilities:
- Providing support to reception during busy periods or absences
- Collection and delivery of DX mail from DX exchange
- Assist the marketing team with bulk mailings
- Help secretaries with post as necessary
- Photocopying and scanning as required

£21,510.00 per year
