**We are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join our team at Waveney River Centre
- and this is one you don't want to miss**
So, what will the role as Maintenance Operative involve?
- Ensuring site Health and Safety inspections are regularly completed to keep our Park in tiptop condition
- General estate maintenance
- Help to maintain a clean and safe Park environment by; cleaning and tidying up of public areas, weeding, landscaping, waste control etc
- Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs to all estate buildings
- General onsite support where required
What experience do you need to be a Maintenance Operative?
- General Maintenance knowledge and skillset
- Ability to "get stuck in" and work collectively as a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- An interest in site maintenance
