We are looking for a talented and motivated person to join our wee team of passionate tour guides.We look forward to hearing from you
Responsibilities:
- Update and manage weekly tour schedule
- Send posttour requests for reviews to customers
- Assist with allocating tours to guides
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information
- Support company Director with tour itinerary planning
- Attend relevant local tourism events on behalf of the business
Requirements:
- Very Organised and customer serviceminded
- Previous experience in Tourism or (preferably) Tour Guide industry
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Types:
