As Ogury scales, the implementation, improvement, integration and management of systems has become crucial to our success as a Global Finance Team.

The Finance Systems Assistant will learn from an experienced System Manager, will be highly visible within the global finance team, and will get to work with stakeholders and team members all around the world, having the ability to make a 'real' impact on processes and efficiency around the Group, being part of a fast growing company where new opportunities present themselves each day.

In this role you would be part of the international Team and report to a manager that is in the Head of Group Controlling role within our Finance Team.


What you will do:


  • Day to day support of the Global finance team on Netsuite (major) and other finance systems within Ogury
  • Research, Implementation & project management of new features: Understand the business process requirements (eg Accounting principles) to translate it to systems process point of view
  • Creating business training & documentation (instructions), and continuous management of new Netsuite features
  • Communicate effectively to users
  • Systems projects such as continuous improvement of current tools & how they link to NetSuite as well as research, creating a business case and implementation of new tools
  • Participate in the Salesforce NetSuite integration project

About you:


  • Accounting or business degree (good knowledge of basic accounting principles)
  • 2 years of experience with ERP Systems not just a 'regular' user of systems but more of a 'power user' or systems administrator
  • You are proactive and autonomous
  • Understanding endtoend intricacies in systems integration
  • Problem solving: Does not treat symptoms but solves the issue
  • Project Management: develop a project plan from start to finish in a timeframe
