Description

You will support the wider team with all general admin tasks when needed on a daily basis, processing invoices, raising purchase orders and using our internal IT systems.

You will have a full induction to learn all about our in-house programs, work alongside the team to understand what they are working on and understand how things work here at LUHFT.As the team work with the media and have various projects ongoing, there will be plenty of opportunities to help support in various tasks providing full admin support, therefore its essential for you to have a knowledge of using Microsoft programs, to ensure youre able to successfully complete tasks.

You will be a hard-working, reliable, well-organised individual and be pro-active in your work approach, whilst also being reactive when needed, as the team are busy working on multiple new projects on a daily basis.

No communications or marketing experience is needed however, an interest in these areas would be beneficial.
