About You

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Identifying and creating new business opportunities within the care sector
• Achieving set targets and developing strong relationships for future business
• Promoting strategies to gain new clients through channels such as faceto face meetings, remote calls, telephone calls, written correspondence and social media management
• Working independently and excellent time management
• Attending meetings with the management team to share ideas and develop new strategies for business growth
• To provide accurate reports and sales forecasts
• Strong listening and clear communication skills is a must
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A full UK clean driving license and access to your own vehicle
• An understanding of the Home Care sector would be desirable
• To complete any mandatory training requirements
• You should have the right to work in the United Kingdom
• An Enhanced DBS will be required
