EB Recruitment is delighted to bring to the market an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Office Assistant to join a well established professional services organisation in Edinburgh City Centre.
Reporting to the Team Leader and working alongside a team of 3 other office assistants, this role will involve:
- Mail management
- distributing and coordinating mail across the organisation
- Scanning and copying of required documents
- Coordinating Couriers
- Preparing new files, following internal processes
- Managing closed file process including storage coordination
- Assist with the upkeep of printers and IT equipment, including refills and ordering of materials
- When required undertake visit to Bank and Post Office
- Provide reception cover when required
- Undertake ad hoc duties as requested by the Team Leader or wider business
Skills and experience required:
- Entry level administrative experience
- Team player
- Possess excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with all members of staff
- Positive attitude and highly motivated
- Eager to learn and willing to undertake set tasks on a daily basis
- Professional services experience would be advantageous not essential
Office Based - Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm)

Up to £23,000.00 per year
